Is cleaning included?
No. However, I will wipe down, dust, or vacuum the area before organizing it.
Where do you service?
The Florida panhandle and coastal Alabama. I do travel, but if you are outside of my normal range a travel fee will be added to your invoice.
What if I want my entire home organized?
This is where the consultation comes in. I will sit down with you and go over your specific needs to determine the proper plan for you and your space.
How do you know how many hours a project will take?
I am currently restricted to the weekends for a space organization project. I will be available between 8am-6pm for a project. I will be able to get most tasks done during these hours. However, if it is a larger project such as a kitchen, garage, or heavily cluttered space an extra day or more hours will be required.
What do you recommend to help with the organizational process?
I recommend a great de-clutter. Get rid of more than you think you need to. I can help with this though. I will gladly go through your spaces with you to help collect items to donate.
How are services billed?
After the initial consultation a proposal will be sent via email. This will included an estimate for supplies and total number of hours for the job. A deposit of four hours of work will be due before any organization is done. Once the project is completed I will email you a final invoice.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, if you cancel before 24 hours your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after that period of time you forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling is encouraged over a cancellation.
